Russia Invades Ukraine, Is Taiwan Next?

Russian forces launched major incursions into Ukraine on Thursday while nine Chinese military aircraft intruded into Taiwan airspace.

Donald Trump, when asked this week if China will invade Taiwan, said “Oh, absolutely. They’re waiting ‘til after the Olympics… It’s almost like twin sisters right here because you have one that wants Taiwan, I think, equally badly.”

Ukraine is claiming it dealt a powerful blow to Russian forces, while the Russians claim they have seen little resistance as pro-Kiev forces have laid down arms.

Joe Biden placed heavy sanctions on Russia (not intended to disrupt the flow of Russian oil) and sent 7,000 more troops to the NATO eastern countries of Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Romania.
