More States Join Supreme Court Battle vs. Oligarchy of “Cheating” States

UPDATE: The Supreme Court denied the lawsuit, not based on its facts, but stating that Texas has no legal interest in policing election procedures in other states.

UPDATE 2: Lin Wood’s lawsuit over Georgia voter fraud docketed with Supreme Court

18 states have signed on to support the Texas lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, while 19 states added their support for the defendants.

In addition, state officials in Alaska, Arizona and Idaho (including Idaho Lt. Gov. Janice McGeachin, pictured below) wrote the Supreme Court to support the Texas lawsuit…

“Where an oligarchy has taken power in certain states, to vitiate both legal voting and majority rule, this oligarchy has placed itself above all others, and the “cheating” states reign like the House of Lords used to in Mediaeval and Early Modern England.”
