Ukrainian Government-in-Exile Planned as Kiev Encirclement Nears

Russian forces, after 10 days of fighting, are in position to begin encircling Kiev as Western allies make plans for how to support a guerrilla war led by a Ukrainian government-in-exile.

An extended insurgency in Ukraine will line someone’s pockets once Joe Biden’s request for an additional $10 billion (or one border wall) in aid passes.

Earlier negotiations resulted in a temporary humanitarian cease fire to allow Ukrainians to evacuate areas, but Ukrainian officials claim Russia is preventing them from leaving.

However Russian officials claim Ukraine is not allowing their own citizens to leave Mariupol and is instead using them as “human shields” while they reinforce their military.
