Possible Planet Discovered Within a Habitable Zone

3,000 light years from our solar system a potential planet in the hospitable zone of star Kepler-160 has been detected. To say that is “earth-like” is assuming too much since its atmosphere and structure are unknown, but this gets more attention and might irritate some religious folk, so the media is hyping it.

A team of scientists from the Max Planck Institute, the Sonneberg Observatory, the University of Göttingen, the University of California in Santa Cruz, and NASA used new instruments and algorithms to find the new planet called KOI-456.04. Read more at Phys.org.

“It cannot currently be ruled out completely that KOI-456.04 is, in fact, a statistical fluke or a systematic measurement error instead of a genuine planet.”

Supreme Court Ruling Adds Gender Identity to Sex Discrimination

This week’s Supreme Court 6-3 decision in Bostock v. Clayton County reinterpreted the 1964 Civil Rights Act to add homosexuality and gender identity to the prohibition on workplace discrimination.

Neil Gorsuch, nominated by President Trump, wrote the majority opinion, joined by Chief Justice John Roberts (the sellout on Obamacare), and the court’s liberals.

It was tough enough to start a new business with regulations, taxes and COVID-19 restrictions. Now you have to worry about new employees who decide to start cross dressing.

Your new choices

  • Keep that man dressed as a woman at the counter of your toy store and lose customers, then go out of business.
  • Fire that man and get sued and go out of business.

Rachel Bovard at The American Spectator has a great essay challenging the GOP’s notion of relying on judges to protect their priorities.

Policies regarding immigration, abortion, LGBT, race and healthcare are no longer determined by the country’s elected representatives, but by our black-robed masters in the judiciary.

The Radical Left’s Playbook for Insurrection and Removal of Trump

While we go to work and put food on the table (before Covid-19), the radical left has an organized gameplan to remove Donald Trump from office and ultimately transform the United States and the world.

It is called the “Resistance Guide” by Paul Engler and Sophie Lasoff. As of this writing the document was taken down, but can still be seen on archive.org.

The document stresses instant readiness for “trigger events” like Occupy Wall Street, The Women’s March after Trump’s inauguration, and most recently, the protests over George Floyd’s death.

The Sunrise Movement, uses the “Resistance Guide” and is behind The Green New Deal to turn the U.S. into a socialist state working with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. The Sunrise founder is also working with the Biden-Sanders Climate Crisis task force.

Data Manipulated by Washington Post of Unarmed Blacks Shot by Police

The lawyer for George Floyd’s family labeled what is happening to blacks by police in America as “genocide.” Tucker Carlson of Fox News used data from the Washington Post to go through each of ten cases where individuals were fatally shot by police in 2019. (Youtube)

After Carlson’s report the newspaper went in and added to the “unarmed” data, even using the case of De’Von Bailey who was reaching for his gun (Warning: Graphic video.)

Why the Washington Post would alter their own data is up to you to decide.

MORE 2019 DATA FROM THE WASHINGTON POST

  • 1004 people were fatally shot by police. (802 identified by race)
  • 371 were white.
  • 236 were black of which 10 were unarmed.
