The Obama Administration issued a new transgender rule that if a male claims to think he’s a female he should be allowed to use the girl’s restroom at public schools. (And vice versa.)
Although the rule is non-binding the Department of Justice sued North Carolina over their law prohibiting people of the opposite sex from using public bathrooms.
