Chicago is the latest city hit by organized flash-mob looting, after retail stores in San Francisco and Los Angeles were hit earlier this week.
At least three dozen stores were robbed in the California Bay Area this week, prompting media “experts” to caution against using the term “looting” due to racist connotations.
