The Kansas Department of Health and Environment doctored a few charts in attempts to justify their facemask mandates during the Covid-19 scare.
First they shifted the “no mask mandate” line upwards and the “with mask mandate” line downards so they two overlapped giving the appearance that wearing masks had better results.
Then they selectively edited where to begin another chart which hid when cases rose during a mask mandate.
