The Senate again failed to secure a two-thirds majority to convict Donald Trump’s impeachment, voting 57 to 43 to acquit.

Biden Phone Calls to Ukraine Leaked Detailing “Quid Pro Quo”

Joe Biden allegedly had the prosecutor fired who was looking into Burisma and his son’s lucrative deals, in exchange for loan guarantees to Ukraine. A new series of audio calls leaked by Ukrainian MP Andrii Derkach highlights the arrangement. Listen on Youtube before its removed.

Biden previously boasted about the “quid pro quo” at the Council on Foreign Relations in January 2018.

Biden’s Boast: Withholding Ukraine Cash in Quid Pro Quo

Burisma Holdings, a natural gas company in Ukraine facing corruption charges, paid out over $3,000,000 to a U.S. account tied to Hunter Biden (Joe Biden’s son), who had no background in energy or in the Ukraine. A prosecutor investigating Burisma’s board members was fired.

“‘You’re not getting the billion.’ I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,’”
