Not happy with just the destruction of the Petrodollar, NATO grabbed a new stick to poke the Russian bear with as Finland and Sweden announced they want to join NATO as early as this summer.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said in March there would be “serious military and political consequences,” if Finland joins NATO.
NATO has been pursuing more eastern partnerships, slowly surrounding Russia, who invaded Ukraine largely to stop perceived threats from the West .
Seems to be a pattern among those who desire control over the planet …
- “If you don’t have anything to hide, you shouldn’t mind this tracking device.”
- “If you aren’t going to attack, you shouldn’t mind our missiles on your doorstep.”
NATO is also planning to bolster its 40,000 troops deployed in the eastern states and do a major strategic “reset” (sound familiar?) in order to stop further Russian aggression.
Today, Russia destroyed four S-300 long-range surface-to-air missile launchers sent to Ukraine by NATO member Slovakia. Denials followed.
